Registration Changes and Cancellations

Submit registration changes or cancellations

Registration Cancellation Deadline: Sunday, January 13, 2019, at 11:59 PM (EST)

  • Registration Cancellation Fee: $75
  • Refunds will be processed after the Symposium
  • Paper processing fees are nonrefundable
  • To retain Videos or Slides access, visit the bookstore
  • No refunds for cancellations received after the Sunday, January 13, 2019 11:59 PM (EST) deadline

Registration substitutions must be submitted via email by the person who paid for the registration or by the original attendee.

Hotel reservations, changes, or cancellations are no longer being accepted online. Changing or canceling an existing reservation? Contact the hotel directly at the phone number listed below. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid cancellation fees
